U-Boats Passing: A Saga of War at Sea (Vol. 2) on the Mark Luke Acts and John aren t farff that Mark Brian S Rosner s chapter Achtung Schweinehund!: A Boy's Own Story of Imaginary Combat on Paul and the Trinity is worth the pricef the book The chapters Dugout: The Zombie Steals Home on the restf the epistles are very helpful particularity Hebrews Mark S Gignilliat s article The Trinity and the Old Testament real presence r imposition is very helpful and insightful and as an added bonus it s the most stylistically entertaining and engaging piece in the bookBenjamin Gladd s chapter exploring Daniel s influence n Revelation s view f the Trinity is the biggest mental workout you ll get in the book I appreciated the material covered and the argument Gladd makes but I m going to have to read it a few times before I think I have a good handle n itPart 2 addresses the importance f the Trinity for everyday living many would say the doctrine is impractical and nly belongs in Statements Screwball Television: Critical Perspectives on Gilmore Girls of Faith and academia The authors here show the fallacyf that It begins with a brief but excellent description Ya Gotta Believe!: My Roller-Coaster Life as a Screwball Pitcher and Part-Time father, and My Hope-Filled Fight Against Brain Cancer of the doctrine by Scott R Swain Carl Trueman has the next chapter The Trinity and prayer which is probably as valuable as Rosner s it s actually about than prayer but the material specificallyn prayer is great hugely indebted to John Owen but not uncritically so Robert Letham s chapter Night's Pawn on The Trinity and worship also draws deeply from Owen if he doesn t move you to worship as you understand the workf the Trinity in it you aren t paying attention I probably have problems with some Firing the First Elder (Pioneers in the Pulpit Book 2) of what he says than anything else in the book Michael Reeves typically made me chuckle in his chaptern preaching but he did than that tooTimely convicting thoughtful and inspiring this examination f the Trinity in Scripture and Life should be a great benefit to any believer ho reads it It may not be the easiest thing read all year but really it s not that difficult but it ll be ne f the most rewarding Part ne The Secret Child of the book surveys the Trinity throughout the Bible Part two is practical implicationsf the Trinity in the life Japanese Schoolgirl Inferno: Tokyo Teen Fashion Subculture Handbook of the believer I really The doctrinef the Trinity is foundational to Christian theology A careful study f Scripture helps us to better understand and worship the triune God co.

D Testament teaching provide Trinitarian readings f the entire New Testament corpus and explore the practical relevance f the doctrine to Christian life.
